The honest version

I used a GLP-1. It did not do the work.

I could leave this part out. Most people do, and you would never know. But you would find out eventually, and then nothing else I say would be worth anything.

So here it is. At one point in this I used a GLP-1. I am not on anything now beyond supplements and maintenance. I believe in peptides as a tool and I used one as a tool.

Pilates. Kickboxing. Swimming. Group fitness. I tried everything, stuck to my meal plans, supplemented properly so I would not be left with loose skin, and waist trained to keep the shape I was building.

That is not a shortcut. It still took years and it still took showing up on the days I did not want to. The plans below are the part that actually did the work, and they work whether or not you ever touch a medication.

A tool does not show up at the gym for you. I did that part, nearly every day, at the same gym, for three years.

The plans

Everything I did, in order.

Start with one. Not all of them. Picking the wrong one and quitting is the only real way to fail at this.

The kit

What I actually use.

Twenty one things. I have used every single one. Nothing on this page is here because somebody paid to put it here.

These are affiliate links. Buying through them costs you nothing extra and it helps me keep writing.

Before you ask

Questions I get every week.

Did you use weight loss medication?

Yes, a GLP-1, at one point. I am not on anything now beyond supplements and maintenance. I am telling you because I would rather you hear it from me, and because the plans are what actually built the shape.

Did you have surgery?

No. No surgery and no procedures. I supplemented and used compression specifically so I would not be left with loose skin.

How long did it really take?

Three years, nearly every day, at the same gym. Anything promising twelve weeks is either lying or selling you something that will not hold.

Will these work without medication?

Yes. The training, the meals and the steps are what shape the body. A medication can quiet your appetite, it cannot show up to a session for you.

I get overwhelmed and quit things. Will this be different?

I have done that too, more than once. Start with one plan, not all of them. The Phoenix Method exists because doing it alongside other people is the difference between week two and week ten.

Do I need a gym?

For the 50 Pound Plan, no. For the Shred Plan, yes, that one is built around lifts. Pick the one that matches the life you actually have.

Are you finished?

No, and I will not pretend otherwise. I am still going. You get to watch the rest of it happen.

Start where I started. Chapter one is free.

No card, no catch. Read it tonight and decide from there.
